Self exclusion

Take a break and close your account for a selected period of time

Knowing when to self-exclude

Sometimes setting limits isn’t enough and you may need to temporarily suspend your account. You should set a self-exclusion if you are concerned that your gambling may be negatively impacting your life or becoming a problem. We recommend that you exclude yourself from playing for a minimum of six months on all sites where you’re active. During that time, you will not be able to access your accounts. If you’re not sure if self-exclusion is the right move for you, have a read through our self-assessment questions or contact us for more information or advice.

How to set a self-exclusion

You can easily self exclude your account through the Play Okay settings in your Casumo account. Again, we suggest a minimum period of six months. During this time, you will neither be able to log in nor receive any emails or texts from us.

After the period ends, contact us via our live chat to let us know if you would like to extend your exclusion or if you want to return to playing. If you choose to come back, there will be a 24 hour cool-off period from when you speak with us until you can log in.

All gaming sites can help you set up similar closures. If you’re not sure how to do it, just ask.
